The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. All our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mhiri for his follow up, to Mr. Tarek for his welcoming and willing to help, to reception team for their support, to Mr. Moncef chief security and all his team for their kindness and support, to Miss Manel chief housekeeping and her team for their kindness and perfection, to all restaurant team. Special thanks to Walid (car vallet) for his great help during check out.

Location perfect. Very friendly staff (M. Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Hotel ! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city "Lake" . The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The Suites are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the breathtaking views from the Suite added an extra touch of luxury. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to indulge in a top-notch urban retreat.

The Amazing 3 bedroom Penthouse Suite was very spacious and luxurious. Excellent Staff, Great Location, Delicious Dinner Buffet, Wonderful Facilities. This Hotel gets a perfect 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again. Marwa at the front desk was exceptional with checking us in and ensuring that we had the best Suite. Thank you so much Marwa, you helped to make our birthday trip fantastic and unforgettable. Tarek at the Front Desk was very helpful with assisting us during our stay at the Adam Hotel & Suites. When we return to Tunis this is the ONLY Hotel we will stay at.

The service was fast and the place was very clean. The reception was very helpful and always smiling, which made me feel welcome. The suite was big and comfortable. The location by the lake is perfect, with a beautiful open view. I would definitely come back !

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite.The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Great location. Soo clean. Cleaners were amazing. Manager ‘Marwann’ was excellent, went out of his way to provide us with extra. Definitely coming back again. Went with family n would defo recommend
